Our staff combined has more than 50 years of regulatory experience both inside and outside government. Delta is well equipped to assist clients with other regulatory questions and issues in addition to US EPA pesticide registration. These include:

• Assisting clients with air, water, and hazardous waste compliance issues, and commenting on proposed regulations and EPA initiatives which may effect them
• Providing guidance on Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) labeling requirements for products subject to the Federal Hazardous Substances Act
• Assisting with the determination of whether a substance is hazardous under Department of Transportation regulations and how to comply with applicable requirements
• Preparing submissions to the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) for non food compound certifications
• Providing advice and assistance on compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) advertising and packaging requirements
• Assisting with issues in which both EPA and the Food & Drug Administration (FDA). When needed, working with consulting firms specializing in FDA submissions
• Researching other regulatory issues and questions as needed
